eEssence Adventure designs and runs corporate wellness programmes for companies across Malaysia — delivered at your workplace, in Kuala Lumpur and nationwide. Employee wellness, workplace wellness, corporate fitness and executive health, built as a programme rather than a one-off event.
We are not a gym membership scheme and we do not operate a wellness centre you send people to. Everything we run comes to your office, your meeting room or a venue near it, because the programmes that change behaviour are the ones people can attend without rearranging their week.
Why Should Your Company Consider a Corporate Wellness Program?

2) Reduce your corporate healthcare costs
Healthcare expenses are one of the largest expense in every. Get your employee’s to commit to a healthier lifestyles with regular exercise can help to reduce your overall employee health care expenses.
How a wellness programme is put together
Most enquiries start in one of two places: a company knows it has a problem — absenteeism, visible burnout, a poor health-screening result — or a company has been given a wellbeing budget and no clear brief. Either is a fine place to start, but they lead to different programmes.
So we begin with what you already know: what your people do all day, where the strain shows, what has been tried before and why it stopped. From there an employee wellness programme is assembled from the components below, and the shape depends on your answer rather than on a package we would like to sell.
- Lunch talks — one to two hours, inside the lunch hour, no time off the floor
- Multi-week series — the format that changes habits, because one talk rarely does
- After-work exercise sessions — run near your office so attendance survives past week two
- Wellness team building — for teams that need reconnection as much as they need health information
- Executive programmes — smaller groups, different pressures, different conversation
- Activation days — a single high-visibility event, useful for launching a longer programme
Programmes run weekly, fortnightly or as a block, at your premises or nearby, and are sized to the group you actually have rather than the one a brochure assumes.

Corporate exercise and fitness programmes
Information changes what people know. Movement changes how they feel, and it is usually the movement half that keeps a wellness programme alive past the first month.
Our corporate fitness sessions are run by facilitators for mixed-ability groups — which in an office means genuine beginners alongside people who train already, in the same room, without either being embarrassed. Sessions cover warm-up movement, cardiovascular work, resistance training and flexibility, with the safety and injury-avoidance basics built in rather than assumed. These are group exercise sessions run for your staff at your premises or a venue nearby, so nobody needs a gym membership to take part.
Alongside conventional fitness we run a range of movement and restorative practices, which suit organisations whose people are more likely to turn up for something calming than for a workout:
- Slow Flow and Restorative Bodywork — accessible to every fitness level
- Power Yoga, for groups wanting genuine physical intensity
- Ballet Fitness and Soul Dance, where the appeal needs to be enjoyment first
- Conscious Breathwork and Meditation, which fit into short sessions during the working day
- Sound Bath Therapy and Cacao Ceremony, for wellness days and retreat settings
These are described in detail on our Conscious YIN Bodywork page, and any of them can form part of a wider corporate wellness programme.
Executive wellness programmes
Senior people tend to be the least well served by a company wellness programme, and the most expensive to lose. The pressures are different — sustained decision load, travel, no clear boundary between the working day and the rest of it — and a lunchtime nutrition talk does not touch them.
Executive programmes run with smaller groups and a franker conversation: energy management across a long week, stress and recovery, sleep, and the specific problem of modelling behaviour you are not practising. They can be run as a short series, folded into an existing leadership programme, or delivered as a retreat away from the office.
Corporate Wellness Team Building

We offer Corporate Wellness Team Building which help your team feel more rejuvenated , relaxed, and connected to their work team. This refreshing approach to team building will build a good foundation for health and wellness awareness for your employees. They will be looking forward to returning to a healthier work environment and be ready to embark on their wellness journey.
This program is specially crafted in a way which will increase inter-department co-operation; enhance your team’s communication skills as well as develop team spirit through a series of engaging and interactive activities. Your team will enjoy the fun team building activities and practical exercises that can be enjoyed by all.
Choosing a corporate wellness provider
If you are comparing providers, these are the questions worth asking — of us and of anyone else on your list.
- Who actually delivers the sessions? Ask whether the people who pitch are the people who show up, and what they are qualified in.
- Is it a programme or a catalogue? A list of activities is easy to buy and easy to forget. Ask how the sessions connect and what happens between them.
- What happens in week five? Attendance at a wellness programme almost always falls. Ask what the provider does about it, and be sceptical of anyone who says it does not happen.
- Can it reach the people who need it? The staff who most need a wellness programme are typically the least likely to volunteer. Ask how the format accounts for that.
- Will it work for a mixed group? A session pitched at the fit half of the room loses the other half permanently.
- Is it claimable? For eligible Malaysian employers, HRD Corp claimability changes the real cost substantially.
Our own answer to the first one: eEssence came out of experiential training and team building, not out of fitness retail. Our facilitators run the programmes they design, and our instinct is to build something people participate in rather than sit through — which is the same reason our wellness work sits naturally alongside team building and leadership development.
Packages and what they cost
Cost depends on the components you choose, how many sessions, how many people and whether delivery is at your premises or a venue. A six-week series for one department and a company-wide programme across several sites are different orders of magnitude, and a single published figure would mislead most of the people reading it.
Tell us roughly how many people, roughly what you are trying to fix, and whether you have a budget already set — a budget is genuinely useful information, not a negotiating position — and we will come back with a specific programme and a specific number. Where you are an eligible employer we will show the cost net of what is claimable, so you are comparing the figure you will actually pay.
HRD Corp claimable
Our corporate wellness programmes are HRD Corp claimable, so eligible Malaysian employers can draw the cost against existing levy contributions rather than finding a new budget line. We provide the documentation needed for the claim.
In practice this is what moves a wellness programme from “good idea for next year” to something that can be approved this quarter, so it is worth establishing your eligibility early.
Common questions
Where are the programmes delivered?
At your workplace, or at a venue near it. We deliver across Malaysia, with most work in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. We do not run a wellness centre for staff to travel to.
How many employees do we need?
There is no fixed minimum. Sessions are sized to the group — an executive programme may be a handful of people, an activation day several hundred.
How long should a programme run?
Our series formats run six weeks because that is roughly what habit change needs. Shorter engagements work for awareness and for launching something longer; a single talk on its own rarely changes behaviour and we will say so.
Can you work around shift patterns?
Yes. Lunch-hour and after-work formats exist precisely because taking people off the floor is usually the obstacle, and sessions can be repeated across shifts.
Do you cover mental health as well as physical?
Yes. Stress, resilience and recovery run through the programmes, and the breathwork, meditation and restorative sessions are aimed at exactly that. For clinical need, a wellness programme sits alongside professional care rather than replacing it.
What do we get at the end?
Attendance and participation reporting, the documentation needed for an HRD Corp claim, and a recommendation on what to run next based on what the sessions surfaced.
