We help you create creative ideas and event experiences that communicate your brand personality. Through years of experience in planning and executing many different types of events, we are able to identify your events’ needs to provide a unique and memorable experience for you and your guests.
Corporate event management across Malaysia
We plan and run corporate events so the people whose event it is can be present at it. Conferences, annual dinners, seminars, team offsites, product launches, wellness activations and family days — end to end, from the first concept conversation through to the last item leaving the venue.
Our background is experiential: eEssence Adventure came out of team building and training, not out of logistics. That shapes how we approach an event. We are less interested in whether a room was filled on schedule and more interested in what the people in it actually experienced, because that is the part anyone remembers a month later.
Events we run
- Conferences and seminars — agenda design, speaker coordination, staging, registration and the running order on the day
- Annual dinners and award nights — theme, production, entertainment, run-of-show and hosting
- Team offsites and retreats — venue, programme and facilitation, usually blended with team building
- Product launches and brand activations — experiential formats built to be participated in rather than watched
- Wellness activations — health and wellbeing days for staff, often alongside our corporate wellness programmes
- Family days and community events — larger mixed-audience events with activities running in parallel
What we handle
Concept and theme development. Venue sourcing and negotiation. Budget construction and management. Vendor appointment and coordination — staging, audio-visual, catering, production, transport. Registration and delegate management. Programme and run-of-show design. Facilitation and hosting on the day. Post-event reporting.
Where you already have vendors or a venue you want to keep, we work with them. Clients often come to us holding half the pieces, and there is no sense discarding those.
How we work
Every event starts with the same question: what has to be different afterwards? An event held to reset a team after a hard year is not the same event as one held to launch a product, even if the venue and the budget look identical — and the two need different programmes, not just different branding.
From there we build the concept, set the budget, and agree what we own and what stays with you. Through delivery you get one point of contact rather than a chain of suppliers. On the day our facilitators run the programme, which means the experience is managed by the people who designed it.
Why the experiential background matters
Most corporate events lose the room in the same place: the long middle, where the audience has stopped participating and is waiting for the next break. Because we came from team building, our instinct is to design that out — to give people something to do, decide or make, rather than sit through.
It is also why our events and our training sit together naturally. A conference can carry a facilitated session that does real work. An annual dinner can include an activity that has people talking to colleagues they never otherwise meet. The two do not have to be separate line items.
Talk to us about your event
Tell us what the event is for, roughly when, roughly how many people, and what you are working with. We will come back with a concept and an honest view of what it costs — including if what you want does not need an event agency at all.
