Sunitha is a graduate in Business Administration and holds a Degree of Business (Majors in Accounting & Finance) from the UK and AUS respectively. She has completed her Masters in Marketing in Australia and is currently pursuing her Doctorate. She has also completed Professional Hypnotherapy Certification from International Association of Counselors & Therapists (I.A.C.T), USA. Sunitha is the Senior Training Consultant in eEssence. Her training programs has impacted many individuals , helping them discovering their full potentials and achieving the results they want in life.

We have an incredibly talented team who work extremely hard to plan, manage, and execute team building events while running day-to-day operations. Our work has been delivered to the Private Sector, the Public Sector and to individuals who want to develop their leadership and team building skills in order to become better at what they do.
We don’t rest too much on our laurels either. As the world changes and team building training requirements evolve, so does our work.
